Dakar is the default host reviewer and always runs host-side. In each dual-review round, the host runs the deterministic commit gates, then CodeScene, then Dakar, and only then dispatches the reviewer agents. Set reviewTool to coderabbit to select the retained CodeRabbit adapter; its CLI-specific behaviour is documented next.
