The package runs the pinned Typos binary and enforces the shared phrase corrections, but it still does not:
- discover or crawl the code estate;
- harvest words, or decide what new entries the shared dictionary accepts;
- interpret, summarize, or rewrite the findings Typos reports, beyond relaying them;
- install or orchestrate Nixie or Merman CLI; or
- provide a general-purpose policy or configuration framework.
These limits keep the package focused on applying the shared spelling policy consistently, rather than becoming a general estate-tooling platform. See ADR 0001 for the full boundary and its 2026-09-14 amendment.
